1. Who we are

BuyRealClients (“we”, “us”) provides a B2B contact database that helps companies find and contact business decision-makers. For customer account data we act as a controller. For the professional profiles in our database we also act as a controller. You can reach us at support@buyrealclients.com.

2. Professionals in our database

What we hold

• Name, job title, seniority, department and employer
• Business location (city, state or region, country)
• Business email address and business phone number, where available
• Public professional profile URL

We do not knowingly hold sensitive data such as health information, political opinions or home addresses.

Where it comes from

We compile business contact information from publicly available professional sources and from third-party B2B data providers, then normalize, de-duplicate and verify it.

Why we use it and our legal basis

We make business contact information available to customers so they can reach relevant professionals about products and services related to their role. Where GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests (ours and our customers') in business-to-business communication, balanced against your rights and reasonable expectations as a professional.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove your profile at any time through our opt-out page. Once removed, your profile no longer appears in search and your contact details cannot be revealed.

3. Customers and website visitors

• Account data: name, email, company, hashed password, plan and billing status.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage data: searches, reveals, exports and credit history, used to provide the service, prevent abuse and enforce plan limits.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and essential cookies. See our cookie policy.

4. Who we share data with

We share data with service providers that help us run BuyRealClients (hosting, payments, email delivery), under contracts that require them to protect it. Customers receive the specific contact details they choose to reveal. We do not sell customer account data.

5. Security and retention

Contact values are stored encrypted and separately from our search index. Access is restricted and logged. We keep customer account data for as long as your account is active and as required by law, and we refresh or remove database records that become outdated.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data or object to its processing
• Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (California)
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Use the opt-out page or email support@buyrealclients.com. We respond within 30 days and will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

7. International transfers

Where data moves outside the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We'll post any changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be notified to customers by email.
