Terms of service

1. The service

BuyRealClients lets you search a database of business professionals and reveal their business contact details using credits. Features available to you depend on your plan, as described on our pricing page.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and use the service for business purposes.
• Keep your login credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per seat. Sharing logins across people is not permitted.

3. Credits and billing

• Revealing an email costs 1 credit; revealing a phone number costs 1 credit. Re-opening a contact you already revealed is free.
• Plan credits are granted each monthly cycle. Top-up credits are one-off purchases.
• If a revealed email hard-bounces, you may report it and we will return the credit. We may review reports to prevent abuse.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or bulk-download data beyond the limits of your plan
• Resell, sublicense or publish data from BuyRealClients as a competing database
• Use the data to send spam, harass individuals or for any unlawful purpose
• Contact people who have asked not to be contacted
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, credits or security controls

You are responsible for complying with anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to your outreach, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR and CCPA.

5. Data accuracy

We work hard to keep data accurate and label each record's status, but contact information changes over time. The service is provided “as is” without a guarantee that every record is current.

6. API

API access is available on eligible plans and is subject to the same credits and limits. We may revoke keys used in breach of these terms.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other users at risk. You can close your account at any time from your settings.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyRealClients is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify customers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
